We were quoted over $1000 to repair our clothes washer. We were told we were better off buying a new machine. We got a second opinion from another repairman the same day. That repairman said our machine has a completely different issue, and we needed a new part. He had the part with him and repaired our machine for 1/3 of the quote from Sears. We did pay for the diagnostics from Sears. We won’t be calling them again.
Such a nice man & so willing to answer my questions. I was pleased that he hauled the vacuum up to vacuum the dryer where I can't reach.
