WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO SEARS?? I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR NUMEROUS YEARS BUT NO LONGER! DUPLICATE REPAIR PARTS WERE SENT LEAVING 3 EXTRA LARGE BOXES IN MY GARAGE. THE WASHER SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED INSTEAD OF ORDERING OVER $1,200 FOR PARTS THAT NOW SIT IN MY GARAGE. THE WASHER WAS NOT REPAIRED! THE REPAIR REQUIRED TWO TECHNITIONS ONLY ONE ARRIVED.
"Do Not Use this Repair 'Service" I had an appointment for today from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. It is 2:27 PM and the technician has not yet arrived. I canceled the appointment.
Service Rep was very professional, knowledgeable and just plain nice. Thank you for your excellent service. My refrigerator light is working again.
