Jamie is excellent at what he does! He has lots of work experience and was able to find and fix the issue on the first attempt. He has great work ethic and I enjoyed the sharing of knowledge during the repairs. Highly recommend him!
Francisco was VERY ATTENTIVE to the details. My refrigerator was making a very loud and aggravating noise. He patiently took the machine apart without any problems and although it took a minute to defrost all of the ice that was on the motor— he did it. He carefully replaced all the necessary parts and reassembled everything. I will admit the technician that came BEFORE him didn’t properly assess the situation and just guessed at what parts to order. Quick and professional repair
Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. Would not answer questions, would not substantiate knowledge and had zero regard for coverage. Disgusting practices to say the least. Left us with mold and inaccurate temperatures - worthless and complacent technician.
Very professional and at his business. Uniform was very nice and clean. Left the area clean like he found it. Refrigerator was fixed and running when the technician left. Archie did a great job.
