Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. Would not answer questions, would not substantiate knowledge and had zero regard for coverage. Disgusting practices to say the least. Left us with mold and inaccurate temperatures - worthless and complacent technician.
Very professional and at his business. Uniform was very nice and clean. Left the area clean like he found it. Refrigerator was fixed and running when the technician left. Archie did a great job.
I was very surprised and disappointed with the service provided by Marcos. He was very rude and had an attitude when answering my questions. Even though I reported a dryer needed to be fixed and answered the day before online all the question, he came to my house saying that he was under the impression that a washer needed to be fixed. I spoke by phone with Marcos the day before and explained to him that a dryer needed to be fixed not a washer. I was trying to be respectful while observing Marco’s unprofessional behavior.
