Competent polite And knowledgeable
I called Sears Appliance Repair to fix a leak coming from my washer. I told the person on the phone that I believed the leak was coming from the hose connecting the cold water to the washer. When the repairman arrived, he looked behind the washer and told me he was not allowed to service anything outside of the washer and then proceeded to charge me a $139 diagnostic fee.
