Tech was supposed to come between 8 am and 12:30 pm. It’s now 4:25 pm and no tech. I was told he was on his way at 3:01 pm. Is that between 8-12:30???? All day Ive been getting texts about delays. Also, they have a tracker, and they were sending automated texts and a live person texting with delays and time changes. None of the arrival times matched!!!!! Never again!!!!!
We came home from vacation with a ton of laundry and the dryer died. Would not heat. Nikita came out and diagnosed the problem for us and ordered the parts. While it did take several days to get the part we were notified of each step in the process. Nikita was out yesterday to install the parts! He is very nice, thorough and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service that we received. Thank you.
