The technician kept up informed of his arrival, he was knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly and properly. He was friendly and pleasant to have in our home
Booked an appointment for Tuesday the 23rd. Wife stayed home from work. They had to reschedule, I get it sometimes things happen. I rescheduled with their suggested date of the 26th. They canceled again! Now I’m on a full month with 3 kids without a washer. This is unacceptable and very disappointing.
Explained things and cleaned up.
Great service! Technician was on time and did a great job replacing my microwave door! Would absolutely recommend !
