We have had no experience to rate. Our original visit on 6/2/25 disclosed a bad motor which needed replacement; it was to be replaced on 6/9/25. That visit was cancelled & rescheduled for 6/16/25. Since then, there have been six more cancellations & reschedules with no advance notices or explanations including this past Tuesday, 7/29/25; two months after the original visit. We are completely disgusted with this entire experience; it has been abominable & we are totally frustrated due to lack of communication. We would like t... read more
Barry was an excellent Repairman. He was polite, knowledgeable, and recommended next steps to prevent further damage. We would be glad to see him in the future if we needed help.
