this is the third time they were called and have not been able to fix the problem. repairman was very nice. it's very frustrating though.. his answer was ,well it's getting old. paid alot for the washer and it's still under warranty!
Technician was excellent. I hate the washing machine. They can't adjust the water level. Water just barely covers clothes. Brand new and it stinks. Sears will not do anything about it. I did not realize I had a problem till after the 30 day warranty. Can't look in washer to check water level because after a certain amount of time, the lid locks. I never thought of looking until I started getting an allergy reaction on my back. Very poor product being sold by Sears. Technician even said they get called out often for this prob... read more
