We had Sears out for the yearly service on four of their products (dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrig)... The Service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend !

My LG Washer holds water/cleaning liquid inside the dispenser after was. Sears service person changed a washer for total price of $240 & told me he tested the washer afterwards to make sure this problem no longer exists. After he left, I washed my clothes only to find the same problem.
I am VVV pleased with service tech Ron on repairing my washer - it works fine so far. Ron was pleasant, courteous and informal about what the options were. I thank Ron VVV much!!!

I just experienced the worst rip-off by Sears Appliance Repair Service. The Sears technician came out as scheduled to diagnose my problem and gave me a quote of $363 to replace the freezer fan for my Kenmore refrigerator. I told him that the price was high so he said he would give me a discount. He finished the whole job in approximately 30 minutes. Darren was awesome. Called us to report he would be 15 minutes because of a previous appointment, cheerfully repaired our dryer and thoroughly explained the procedure.
Repairman has been out twice now and has to come back in a week to finish the repair. It was not diagnosed right the first time, then had to order a basic part and next appointment was 8 days later. Unacceptable!
Technician was very knowledgeable and performed the annual preventative maintenance of water softener without identifying any problems requiring additional servicing. Job well done!
