I was very disappointed with my experience with Sears due to missing both scheduled appointments. Yesterday I was scheduled from 8 to 12 I received notice around 10:45am they were unable to make the appointment. I rescheduled for today and they were 45 minutes passed my scheduled 8 to 12 window. American Home Shields sent Sears an incorrect service request which further made my experience disappointing.
