Tech was here less than 1 hour, removed frozen foods from the freezer, checked function of freezer and ice maker, found that freezer was set to run at 4 degrees, suggested we lower temperature to -3 degrees, reloaded the freezer, left ice cubes and water all over the kitchen floor and charged me 359.00 dollars for his service, no parts were needed, labor only. I will not be calling Sears for service again.
