Repair did not work. Customer service is purely a phone tree and was completely useless when trying to redeem a 30 day repair warranty. Also had to reschedule multiple times because parts did not arrive in time, so that was a frustrating waste of time. Spent almost a thousand dollars on repairs, nothing is fixed, and I’m still trying to get Sears to make good on their service.
