Jeff was on time however he didn’t not know what he was doing, after he left we had to call the company back to repair the refrigerator again.
The Technician was able to fix the problem right away and my dryer is working again!
Jeff arrived on time and was very professional. He was knowledgeable, explaining to me what was wrong and how he would fix it, which he did in a very timely way.. Excellent service. Far superior to other service i have had in the past from a Sears technician.
Sears has much improved in responsiveness and keeping appointments as scheduled, at least from my recent experiences with them. I am on the Sears Protect warranty program, and today we had Lorenzo helping us with a washer issue. He was on time, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us some great tips for future use. We are very pleased with Lorenzo’ work.
