Patrick fixed the problem quickly
The second technician that came out was great. The whole experience with using Sears was horrible. You canceled our appointments over seven times. The first technician that came out said it was the heating element. He ordered a part and it was actually for a microwave . After several more cancellations. We finally got a technician out that knew what he was doing and he fixed the dryer. This repair should've taken less than two weeks and it took a couple of months.
