Washing broke down December 10 under Sears Home Warranty. First appt Dec 14 and three large boxes of parts sent to our home. Over the course of the next 5 weeks we had 4 appts made and 4 appts cancelled by the technician. Seriously? This is incredible...incredibly bad! Don't do it!!! Don't use this home warranty service. Anytime there is a major claim they try to beat you with attrition.
Washing machine now making noise during spin cycle after repair was done.
