Currently been waiting almost a month for a dryer belt replacement. Keep being told the part is not in yet. Called number, it did nothing. After FIVE rescheduled appointments I ended up canceling and an now out $350 for a still broken dryer, plus almost $50 for having to go to the laundry mat to dry clothes. This place is a SCAM!
Scheduled appointment. Technician lied and said they reached out but never called or rang the doorbell. They used a google photo of my apartment as "proof" of arrival. There are only AI chat bots to call for customer service and no way to speak to a human. Never calling again. ........... Nah, I'm not calling you. I've already tried 6 times to get a human on the phone.
The technician was very polite and knowledgeable! He replaced the parts in a timely manner and was very pleasant to talk to! You should be very pleased with your employee Joe! As I was!!
