The technician did a great job repairing he gets a five star.,but I gave 4 stars because we. Had to wait one month to get service technician out to the house they kept scheduling a different technician then husband had to take off of work 4 times only for Sears to cancel our appointment over and over again finally technician Kevin came out thank you Kevin Well this is ab update three weeks later still leaking water all over so Kevin you get a one star because you did not fix the problem and now I have to talk to a Stupid AI ... read more
