I arranged for a service call for my Craftsman riding lawnmower to repair a snapped "blade engagement cable". The Technician, Dan, was prompt, friendly, actually saved me some money on the initial quote since the entire wasn't unusable. He then did a diagnostic review of the motor and the entire unit and went over a few tips with me. Overall, this was a great service call and I am very happy with Dan's work, his demeanor, and Sear's in general.
