I overpacked my freezer and it stopped working. Sears came to look at it and without touching it they told me $600 for repair. I declined the repair and they charged me $130 for the visit. I let the refrigerator thaw out and stopped over packing it and it works fine now. They tried to charge me $600 for a repair that wasnt needed. Bloodsuckers and bandits. Call someone else for your repairs, this shouldnt happen to anyone
