The technician was very professional and friendly. Could not ask for a more pleasant and successful response and resolution.
I am pleased with the service that Roman has provided. He was able to get my refrigerator running again (after 4 previous service technicians had worked on it.) He explained what went wrong and how he fixed it. He was accomodating (letting me clean parts that I normally wouldn't have access to) and patient. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself.
Excellent service and scheduling (yesterday). Repair man know his job , explained the problem n cost. Thanks.
