Technician was prompt and listened about the issue. Then was able to fix the issue with out any uncertainty. I appreciated that he explained first how my refrigerator operates inside and why. ( compressor and coils). He also did some maintenance and my refrigerator was back to normal. Also, I asked him to check if I was using the correct settings and he checked it and explained how this one operated.
