The warranty program works pretty good. The technicians are all wonderful, communicative and helpful. However, corporate is another story. If you need to call and talk to a human you're out of luck. It's all bots and they don't solve the problems. I've had tickets stuck in loops and can't get it solved bc there's literally no one to talk to. Sear's lack of customer support on the phone is absolutely awful, literally non-existent. Too bad, because the techs are lovely.
I am very pleased, the out come of Sears technician. He performed very professional.
