The warranty program works pretty good. The technicians are all wonderful, communicative and helpful. However, corporate is another story. If you need to call and talk to a human you're out of luck. It's all bots and they don't solve the problems. I've had tickets stuck in loops and can't get it solved. Sear's lack of customer support on the phone is absolutely awful, literally non-existent. Too bad, because the techs are lovely.
My Technician Julio was great, respectful and attentive when I was asking questions about my unit. Very Happy with service.

Technician did not do anything he said he couldn’t run a diagnostic because the fridge was recently unplugged . He said coils were just dirty and to clean them. I clean the coils and the problem persists . Bad service .
