James went out of his way to handle a problematic dryer problem for us. He was very professional and very courteous and communicated really well with us. James is a pro!
Service was poor. 5 trips to house and washing machine was not repaired Incorrect parts were ordered Service was cancellled twice on the scheduled day Spent 7 days at home with an 8 to 5 arrival window with no communication updates during the day. Would not recommend
