This rep was amazing but your company in general SUCKS! You kept rescheduling me and there is NO live person to talk with. You sent two techs here on different days to diagnose the same problem! I will NEVER use your services again as long as you are using solely AI for your phone system!
The extended warranty repair was done properly - finally. But both the diagnostic tech in our home and the absolutely maddening Sears A.I. Customer "Service" voice and text message told us on that Tuesday that he would be back on Friday to install the new part. The Sears A.I. again texted us on Thursday and told us he would be there between 8am-5pm Friday. We waited ALL DAY FRIDAY and no one ever showed up. No one called.
