The ad says they’re available for same-day service… But when you call they’re five days out and then they don’t show up when they say they will. The technician that came had no parts in his car so could fix nothing. Paid 500 for repair, four visits, and it still didn’t work - got a new washer and bought the warranty. Won’t be calling again.
Diagnosis on a Monday, repair a week later. Part needed for repair shipped to my home in the meantime.
