The technician was scheduled for Tuesday at 1:00 pm but showed up at 8:40 am while I was gone. He was rescheduled for 1:00 pm Tuesday and never showed up. I rescheduled for today, Thursday, and received a text at 10:45 am that he was on his way. It is now 2:37 pm and the technician has still not arrived. I called Sears service to find out what was going on and was given the bum's rush because the guy answering the phone could tell I was angry. Gabriel was very knowledgeable & polite. I would hire him again to work on my old dryer
Took 3 trips to fix dryer. Each tech that came out were rude. The first tech ordered the wrong parts. Dot even get me started on my washer. They keep saying they need the serial number and model but where its placed on the washer on the lid its gone from years of washing. They refuse to let .y warranty know that it needs ro be replaced since we dont have the info need to order parts. I've been without my washer and dryer for a month and half.
