Horrible Experience. Don't do it. I am at the third rescheduling without warning. Even after they call and text "see you tomorrow", "technician is in route", "make sure you are at home", "we are ahead of schedule, now we can see you between 12pm and 2pm".... but then "Your Sears service has been reschedule for..." Good luck trying to talk to somebody as it is all AI driven. Worst mistake. I would love to get my $129 diagnostic fee refunded and be done with this nightmare.
Do not use Sears. They damaged my fridge "fixing" it. I was told they would contact me as they had insurance for these problems. They did not. Beyond this, the "fix" was not a fix--it didn't help at all. I called to resolve the issues, needless to say, there was no human to speak with. They had me make a virtual appointment, sent 2 reminders of the appointment and then did not send a link--again, no human to speak with about the problem. So I now have a damaged and not fixed refrigerator and no way to remedy the problem. Hey... read more
