Do not use Sears. They damaged my fridge "fixing" it. I was told they would contact me as they had insurance for these problems. They did not. Beyond this, the "fix" was not a fix--it didn't help at all. I called to resolve the issues, needless to say, there was no human to speak with. They had me make a virtual appointment, sent 2 reminders of the appointment and then did not send a link--again, no human to speak with about the problem. So I now have a damaged and not fixed refrigerator and no way to remedy the problem.
