He was professional easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
Charged me 163 dollars for a part that you can buy yourself on Amazon for 20 dollars. They also bought that exact part from Amazon not GE so I’m not sure why there’s 143 dollar up charge. Then it wasn’t even fixed
Tech came and entered make and model of dryers. Tried checking door switch, no good. With heat build up inside dryer, said to check discharge. Found partially plugged, said I would have to address issue myself, since he was not allowed.
Jason was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and very pleasant.
