Had a PM time window scheduled. Got a message at 7:25 in the AM that he was on his way. So that was quite unexpected. When he arrived he turned on my dryer. He did not look at anything, at all, nothing inspected. He got on his tablet. Told me it needed 3 different parts- $337.64 plus $299.95 labor. Total cost with state tax and labor tax quoted as $712.09. I declined knowing that was ridiculous and close to the cost of a new dryer(mine is 10 Y). I paid the $138.03 service call and he left.
