Repair man was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Could not ask for better service.
Good quality service but a bit pricey. I guess you get what you pay for though.
Brian, the tech. did a very good job in repairing the dishwasher. Problem was a malfunctioning door latch. I appreciated Brian very much. However, your scheduling group and system has a lot to be desired. Your online scheduling system allows you to schedule to a date which is not available in your area, however online it will confirm the date. Than a day later, I'd get a call telling me that date is not available and schedule me out further than the original schedule date. This happened 3 or 4 times. So I finally gave up and... read more
they placed a bracket on my dryer backwards. my dryer started making noises and someone else come out and they found the brake and fixed it. cost me 60 dollars for Sears repairman mistake.
