The service people who came to my home were great. The call center is the nightmare. It takes forever to get to a person and there is too much push to sell contracts and not enough good old fashioned customer service
Preventative maintenance. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed in timely fashion.
Did not fix the issue, having them to come back out to refix
