Joanne at Miracle /Encinitas is the BEST technician you could ask for.
We went there after my husband had already had hearing aids. The old ones were awful. First spoke to Kristi on the phone, what a pleasure she is, so helpful and got my husband right in. We then saw Sonya who did such a precise test, felt really positive with what the outcome would be. Both women there were jjust wonderful. Stephen received his hearing aids and is very pleased. We look forward to dealing with them again. Kristi and Sonya thankyou both for making this a pleasure instead of a trauma. Thanks again
So. We needed a fridge door replacement as our French door fridge has one door with a broken hinge. It falls off when you try to open it and is causing seal issues (and food waste, higher electric bill, and wearing out the fridge motor.) However, after waiting for a week for a technician to come out, Sears apparently just doesn’t have a replacement. Michael informed me that I would need to find a replacement door on my own (which Sears isn’t able to do, so how will I?) Then I have the luxurious opportunity to call them again... read more
Spent $8,000 here on a hearing aid .They do not give you any Aftercare when you get your hearing aid, jerked us around about the cleaning and adjustment appointment .Once they get the money they don't care about you! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
After trying three other hearing aids, I decided to go to Miracle Ear in Kingsport. John gave me the most comprehensive ear test that I have ever had. After working 50 years in welding shops, I can hear again. They are very knowledgeable and got me up and hearing after the first visit. It was well worth the money I paid. Larry Roller
Caitlin is an asset to your business. She was very patient with me as I am very particular about what I get especially paying this much. This is my first encounter with hearing aids and am self conscious about any appliance I have to wear.
