The technician was professional and did a good job, but I will NEVER use Sears again. I tried for two days to contact Sears since they had the wrong service address. It is impossible to talk to a person at Sears or to leave an email or message. You get stuck in an AI circle of unnecessary questions when you reach out to them.. After 2 days I had to literally track the service van thru our town to get him the proper information. Huge waste of time.
Danial the technician was fantastic, he was professional and friendly. Sears however kept canceling my appointments, and i couldn’t get a hold of anyone to talk about it Grateful to be done with Sears and hope to never need them in the future.
Technician could not find the leak. It immediately leaked again on next wash. My wife and I pulled the machine from the wall and think it is the hose. Should have done this before paying $139.00 for nothing! Stay clear of these guys!
