Guy shows up to do the repair. Orders the part. That makes sense. Can't process the payment, they skip it. Part is supposed to be shipped to me, and we schedule the installation. Part never arrives. They never show up for the second appointment. Makes some sense, but they never contact me about it. Part still doesn't come. Part has never shipped it turns out. Do not use this appliance repair service. They charged me $600+ for a compressor that is provided free to authorized technicians per extended factory warranty. Technicians attempted to repair my LG refrigerator and ended up leaving it in worse shape than when they started.
The company charged $126 just to have the technician come out and tell us he would not be able to fix our stove and the tech put a large scratch in our wood floor and smashed my hand in the appliance.
