Technician was very knowledgeable about my system. Quick and to the point. Gave helpful hints on maintance.
John was on time - listened to my machine run and pronounced it fine. The problem I thought I heard was not there!
The technician was on point with his service. he also talked to us about preventing other problems. such as replacing exterior exhaust vent from dryer.We had no problems with this tech he checked areas dealing with the washer found no problems.
The technician repaired our dryer and we are very satisfied
The technician did poor troubleshooting and ordered the wrong part. I had to go online and order the part myself.
