The scheduling was good. The Appt window was 8-12 noon. Service tech did not show and I did not receive a call. Someone rescheduled it for same day 3:15 - 5:15 without informing me. The call center was in Far east and they were clueless and useless. The repair service did show at 3pm and he was good and ordered the parts and scheduled follow up.
Very knowledgeable very competent and very professional. We are always well pleased with the service.
