Repair not made. Technician canceled the appointment. I was not aware until I contacted Sears. Been waiting since 1/4/18 for garage to be repaired. Finally talked to another representative who said the repair should take place soon.

I am very happy with my Sears Technician, Richard. excellent service. He came diagnosed problem and ordered parts promptly. He came and installed and washing machine is working perfectly. Previous third party was terrible. I have always had sears service and have been very pleased. They should do away with 3rd party contractors. the one I had soured me but my sears tech made(redeemed) up for it!!
When you give good customer service, you expect it in return. No stars for Sears Home Service. Tech called me before 3pm to say he was on his way. I called him on his cell at 4:10. He was stuck in traffic but was 10 minutes away. 2 hours later we call Sears and they inform us he cancelled the appointment after I spoke with him.BTW- I changed my plans to meet him personally rather than have my elderly parent wait for him.
Had my 20 + year old Kenmore washer with a problem. Gentlemen called, gave me a window. Was just out side the window, but, I know traffic has been a mess. He came in, diagnosed the problem. Had the repair part in the truck. Runs as good as it did when we bought it.. Thanks .
While I like the technicians that service the appliance I have under warranty, the telephone staff is having me seriously looking into having my machines serviced by another company.I got a call at 10AM on a Sunday from a person reading script letting me know that since I just had a appliance serviced recently, I have a credit that I can use on extending my warranty.
