RecommendedGreat service and pleasant technicians. Had to order part so it took two trips but am completely satisfied at this time.
Repair not made. Technician canceled the appointment. I was not aware until I contacted Sears. Been waiting since 1/4/18 for garage to be repaired. Finally talked to another representative who said the repair should take place soon.

RecommendedThe service tech was within the time span 8 to 12, and fix the problem quickly. The tech was very nice and professional. We have a repair contract with Sears and have had two items that needed service and each problem was taken care of. We are very satisfied with the service.

RecommendedThe service tech was on the ladder side of the appointment window. He made short work of finding the problem and repairing it. I understand that some service calls take longer than others, but a 4 hour window and show up at 1:30, please!!!!!
