Kudos to Mike... easy to deal with, he understands the problem of going without a washer / dryer for a long time period so Mike does his best to speed up the process. Mike is top notch, Mike delivers great tech service. Now sears parts supply chain that can be improved... the repair men are not the problem - they can fix problems, but they need the correct parts quicker - getting parts that needs to be addressed. Two to three weeks to get a part seems too long when they are 50 miles away.
I have never had such HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have been trying to get my refrigerator repaired since October 16th. It is now November 30th and still not fixed. This is ridiculous! I have to wait another two weeks still for the repairman to come to the house again. I paid for the parts in October. I have reported the poor service to the better business bureau, Sears Corporate Office as well as Kenmore. I will never purchase anything from Sears again!
The repairman fixed the pump but made an error. I washed a delicate cold water cycle and the clothes were too hot to touch when I opened the door. Several of my articles of clothes were ruined. There is no cold water infused in the wash cycle.
Very fast and courteous repair, knowledgeable repair man! Besides repairing my dishwasher, was given helpful advice on how to clean it monthly.
