Got a phone call about 45 minutes before tech coming. He was prompt and very friendly. He put the mower back in the shed and locked up without being asked to. Very satisfied with the service.
The technician called one hour before the appointment so I had plenty of time to get home to meet him. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. A repair cost was quoted before work began and was very reasonable. While working he asked if I had a coupon. I didn't but he told me where I could find one on the internet. My printer was out of ink but he used the coupon code and allowed a 20% discount any way. A splendid deal and a great repair experience.
On time, fast, knowledgeable, curtius and friendly. Kept the area clean the work area up when finished.
Ok so I'm getting a SUD fault on my Kenmore Elite the repair guy puts in a new pressure switch tests it and it works. He leaves and we try a load it faults again. I make another appointment wait a week next guy says its not the pressure switch that it is a computer problem needs parts says parts will be here in 3 days. 3 days later and no parts no repair guy I call and the girl at the Philippines call center says the order has been canceled and they don't know why but someone will call within 48hrs. 48hrs later no call so I ... read more
Sears was scheduled to send technicians for routine inspection and preventive maintenance for my six Kenmore appliances under their extended warranty program. The technicians arrived on time, got right to work and completed their tasks quickly and efficiently. They were polite, professional and very helpful. I could not have asked for better service.
the appointment was supposed to be n 10 am and 2 pm not after 3 pm I not sure but sears used very reliable not so much the last visits
The Sear's repairman arrived on time and was pleasant...he fixed my stove and gave me some additional operating tips.
The Sear's technician arrived and installed the parts that were ordered for my trash compactor quickly and efficiently. He checked that everything worked. He printed out the paperwork and was able to leave. I am a very pleased with the service and the efficiency of the technician.
Mike was awesome and always is. My only issue was that I was busy discussing the issue and forgot to give him my 20% off coupon. When I called later, Sears told me it was too late. Not great customer service.
