Denied service due to the fact there was no serial number on the unit. We have had this unit serviced for 10 years with them under Master Protection Plans. The first service was a tub replacement where they never transferred the serial number label - their fault, not ours. I need a refund for this appliance off the current Master Protection Plan. Sears is circling the drain for sure. Geek Squad here I come. These people are criminals and I am going to the Better Business Bureau and everywhere I can to make it known.
