Jonathon ois the best technician we have ever had! He fixed the problem that the first repair tech.Michael, left undone! I hope if I ever have any issues in the future with my washer, that I will be fortunate enough to get Jonathon again!
Straight trash. Would have gave no stars if possible. No diagnostic. He took 5 minutes and copy pasted a report stating drain pump/filter assembly. Told me that would be 690 before taxes for the repair. Talk about price gouge for 79.00 ge oem part next day shipped for a tilt and 2 screws and 2 hose clamps with line obstruction. Now keep in mind I called knowing I am to paying for convenience and wasn't home.
