Originally, I requested service because the appliance was making noise. The first technician could not diagnose because the noise had stopped by the time of the visit. Next the freezer stopped freezing and the refrigerator was barely cooling. The last technician immediately diagnosed the problem and resolved.
Best experience in a long time with a repair technician
I was shocked to see that Sears appliance repair was going to work on my Kenmore refrigerator under the home warranty first American! I wish every home warranty would go as smoothly as this one did. My compressor went out parts were ordered arrived in a timely manner the technician Oscar was great explained everything completed the repair and was on time on both occasions!! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the Sears appliance repair!!
