AVOID AT ALL COST. They ordered parts for my oven repair to my house and they never arrived (why they don’t just send it to their business is beyond me) I contact support saying it never arrived and they said they’ll reorder it and have someone call me to confirm.. no one ever did even though I consistently reached out every week for a month. And they just kept saying the same thing every call that it’s been “escalated” and someone will call to confirm the reorder.
TOTAL SCAM!! I received an email with a Laundry Bundle price of $129.99 for cleaning and maintenance on two laundry appliances. I even mentioned this bundle price when scheduling. The technician was awesome - no complaints with him. However, the Routing Department would not honor the $129.99 which came from the HOUSTON Sears Home Services email address, and the service was performed in Houston. The service performed match the description of the special price offering 100%.
Replaced a part but dryer was throwing a code after first technician left. Work was supposed to be warranted 90 days but appointment scheduler said there was an $89 diagnostic fee. Subsequent technician said first technician failed to connect 2 wires to the new part he replaced. Also fixed the rubbing noise the dryer was making when the first technician put everything back together. Sergio did an outstanding repair on our refrigerator.
High priced....long wait for parts...left with trouble codes unresolved...automated system said "no available service in your location" when trying to get them back to finish...what? They just left...bought online parts and fixed it myself
