Service repair technician was great! Awful experience using website and ai robots to schedule and manage an appt. Never again.
Armando came out and serviced our refrigerator. He is a top notch technician and knows his stuff. Highly recommend him.
Technician Andy was outstanding. He was professional and knowledgeable. I am very disappointed with the cost of the repair however being $ 344.00 to replace a set of 4 plastic agitator dogs. I went ahead and approved the initial estimate not knowing that a job such as this should have cost no more than $ 200.00 to $ 250.00 tops. This is all in retrospect.
