Despite this being a sears home repair service Anthony was not able to repair my Kenmore range stovetop. This doesn’t make sense. So I paid $119 to find this out. He did refer me somewhere else but they have not responded. This is nothing against Anthony.
It is unfortunate that I have had to edit my initial response. Eddie was honest and quickly pinpointed the problem. However, parts for my three-year-old refrigerator, which is under a service contract, are no longer available and the refrigerator cannot be fixed. He told me that Sears would call me to resolve the problem 'equitably.' However, after one week, no one has contacted me. Ed did make the comment never buy another Kenmore product....
