Arturo is did not diagnose the problem. I paid $119.00 as a fee for repair. The unit was not repaired.
Peter, the Sears dryer technician, was awesome. He was very professional and gentlemanly. Did a great job fixing my clothes dryer.
The technician was knowledgeable and helped with a work around so avoid a big, expensive repair so I still could use the dryer until I had time to purchase a new one.
Rudy was friendly and thorough!
