Our service tech is a great example of excellence. He is a very professional and knowledgeable technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and planed a solution. Not only did he repair the problem, He completed several days before schedule. We were so lucky to have such a professional technician come to our home. I was also impressed with the young man he was training. I can tell he is being trained right and carry on the quality service.
Raymond came figured out the problem and explained everything to me. Very professional, respectful and great communication!! Fast and efficient! Cannot say enough good things about him!!!
Sears Home Service had previously cleaned my dryer vents, and I called to get it to do it again. Its AI quoted me $99, and I got an appointment. The day of, the technician tells me Sears doesn't do vent cleaning, and referred me to some other company which does. This wasted a good part of the day waiting for the tech and then cancelling which went back through an AI. This is lousy service. Get rid of AI if it is not knowledgeable about what Sears can and cannot offer. If I could give zero I would. At least the tech was frien... read more
They knew what they were doing. We're friendly and fixed my microwave in about 35 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and didna good job. Everything was covered under my extended warranty and costed me nothing for the parts andn visit. Remember to get those extended warranties. They're worth it.
