Peter was excellent! Sears Customer Service was IMPOSSIBLE to deal with! Part needed arrived earlier than projected so tried to change the appointment to earlier date (as I had been instructed to do if the part arrived early) and every phone number, link, web site I tried was automated (could not get to a live person) and only offered options that did not apply. Finally managed to schedule a regular repair appt (which normally would cost $119), apparently a different system than the Master Protection Agreement, but on the da... read more
