I had an appointment on 10.18.23 with Darryl. He arrived at 9 am, I explained all the issues I've been having. He spent about 2 minutes looking at my dryer. He did manage to get it to spin once. Then he said there wasn't anything wrong with it. He did not take anytime really looking at it, did not test it out with clothes in it or even get it to spin multiple times to make sure it would continue to work. He gave it absolutely no effort. After one month, 4 attempts by 3 techs, I still do not have an operational refrigerator. Impossible to talk with a person. They just keep rescheduling. Don't use this service!
We paid in November but have yet to see a tech. Rescheduled 6thmes.
Tech didn't show to scheduled appt after I rearranged my scheduled, rescheduled it 2 weeks later. I was able to move it up to only 1 week later but absolutely unable to get anyone to speak to me on the phone. Would NEVER use this service again knowing I cannot reach anyone, can only call automated system.
He did what he said after seeing what was needed, additionally he was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I give Highest marks for Him.
Ivan came to my house and put the new freezer door that was ordered few weeks prior by Jason O. They both did an awesome job and everything is perfect now with our refrigerator Frigidaire brand. Thank you both so much.

I live in a rural town and have no option to have anyone but Sears to fix my range. Phillip in the Arkansas branch came to work on my range that has been broken since April. He said that a higher than normal voltage is causing the issue and refused to fix it. He knows because he “googled it” and that’s what LG says. I had the power company and an electrician come verify it was high but within range so I had them turn down the power. That was not good enough for him and he has denied my claim.
