My fridge is not cooling & the ice maker is not working. I called to get an appointment to fix my fridge & expected a day for repair the next day or two & to my shock the girl tells me that April 5,2023 is the earliest date she has there is no excuse for it taking this long to get service since my fridge is less than a year old. I cannot get anyone to answer my calls
The tech never showed after I waited all day
Technician was nice. Just didn't like wasting my whole day with an appointment stating anywhere from 8am until 5pm. Would have been nice to have that window narrowed down some.
