If negative stars was an option I feel our experience would warrant such a review. After 5+ months they not only have yet to repair our washer, but also the washer began leaking right after their service technician left and caused water damage to our home. They refused to come back out until 4 days later, when the technician said he could only stay for 30 minutes to diagnose the issue. The man had a bad attitude. $95.00 for a 10 min. appointment. Not worth it....

Stay away from Sears Appliance Repair. Was told that limited people work on Kenmore LG refrigerators so was happy that Sears (A&G) had an opening that day. The tech arrived, quickly (by observation and not evaluation) determined the parts needed and had them ordered. I was told they would arrive in about 2 weeks for the repair and I could get it done earlier if an opening/cancellation happened (which does all the time). My parts arrive in a week and then hell.
