Search2Close treated me very poorly and cost me a quite a bit of money. Before accepting an offer on my house, they provided me with an estimate. Well, they neglected to read the entire contract and gave me an incorrect estimate. I accepted the offer due to the misrepresented estimate. I wait 8 weeks and then do my closing. On the morning of the buyer’s closing, Search2Close emails me to inform me that their numbers were $7000 off and that I need to sign an addendum. I have been doing loans for 24 years. I have attended many title companies and closings. Search2Close did a wonderful job. The process was so easy and super smooth. Lacy was wonderful to close with and The Grandview location is absolutely gorgeous that I would never leave if I didn't have too. Would definitely recommend their services!!
