Search2Close treated me very poorly and cost me a quite a bit of money. Before accepting an offer on my house, they provided me with an estimate. Well, they neglected to read the entire contract and gave me an incorrect estimate. I accepted the offer due to the misrepresented estimate. I wait 8 weeks and then do my closing.
