Professional, efficient and was glad to answer all questions. Feel confident with this doctor.
Dr. Thomas is great. Runs late, but he's very patient and a great listener. His assistants who perform all the occular testing before his visit, are wonderful. My reason for the 4 is the optical shop. I found them to be quick, drawing you to a specific area of glasses, not fully explaining price, etc. They offer a discount, but when I tried to cancel my order the following morning, I was told I had to pay a processing charge . Four calls later I was charged 163.00 and still waiting for my remaining $600+ to be returned. Very... read more
Dr. Thomas does not rush you through. He is patient, meticulous and knowledgeable. Parking at his facility can be a challenge.
