Could not recommend Kelly Realty more! As first time home buyers we were a little wary of who we would choose to be our realtor but Sean and Renada were so extremely helpful. Sean Kelly was very attentive to our concerns and was very consistent. Very professional. Our house sold within 2 days. He had professional pictures taken throughout the house and the exterior to help promote the sale of the house.

We attempted to sell our home "For sale By Owner" for about 6 or 7 months and while we had interest, we could not get an offer. We interviewed 4 realtors and decided to list with Sean because he had the most reasonable fee structure. After listing for the same price we had it for FSBO we had a number of showings and our home sold in 1 week for only $4,000 under the list price. While trying to sell my home myself, I was contacted by Sean. He wasn't pushy and just asked to meet with me. He gave me some tips on making my home more presentable to prospective buyers. Sean and Renada were both very professional and did a great job selling my house. It sold in two days for just under the asking price. I was happy with the negotiations and the outcome. I was most impressed with their eagerness and responsiveness to questions I had. Their rate was less than many of the other realtors that approached me. I would definitely recommend using Kelly Real Estate.

I started out doing for sale by owner because I have had bad experiences with agents in the past and did not want to use an agent. Even while trying to sell my house some of the buyers' agents were just rude and talked down to me. But then I needed someone to help sell my house while I was out of town. I recommend using Kelly Realty because they offer an unbeatable rate, it's a family run business so they're hardworking and nice and they were so respectful upon initial contact.
