Renada helped us find the home we wanted with ease. It was still under construction, towards the final phases, but we were still able to change a few things to our liking. She made it happen! Any time we had questions about the process or about more details on the house she would get us the info. Buying a house can be stressful but Renada made it easy, highly recommended! I HIGHLY recommend Sean and Renada. We went to two of his First Time Home Buyer seminars before we got pre approved for our home. The Seminars really helped us get the knowledge of what it takes to get into a home. The seminar included how to save money for the house, Budget plans, what type of loan fits best for you, the loan process, and included drinks and food{What a Deal!!}. Sean was amazing to work with!! During some pretty stressful times he was always available to answer my questions and help. There were many bugs and special requests from the buyers agent and Sean helped clarify and guide us.
