Dr Harbison was excellent and his staff for exceptional.
While I have yet to have my surgery w/Dr. Harbison, I need to so far leave 5 stars for Nicholas who 1st answered the phone, as well as Jamilla, who schedules specifically for the Dr. Having been through a lot of medical malarkey by age 46, I don't need my butt kissed by any means, but these 2 were not only so kind & patient, but got me in to see the Dr way earlier than I expected. I had a lump from fibromatosis removed on my right hip, about 2 x 5 cm in size. I had Dr. Harbison as my general surgeon. Now prior to him, I had two other PENN surgeons which were so mean for other procedures! I mean they had no sympathy whatsoever! Dr. Harbison was literally the kindest surgeon I had! My partner had a Lipoma removal surgery done by Dr. Harbison and he did a horrible job all the way through the process. He wasn't able to remove the whole lipoma because he didn't do any radiology imaging before the surgery to see how big it was. After the surgery the recovery was awful. He had to have 3 or 4 IR procedures to place new drain tubes cause each time they were not draining fluid properly. He was out of work for 6 months for a procedure we were told would only be a few weeks max recovery time. He is very cold and... read more
