We just recently moved to Goldsboro and we were recommended Dr Hamilton and his dental practice. With my unfortunate event, I had to visit dentist sooner than I planned, but what a great first experience! Everyone was very welcoming, kind, and caring. My experience has always been better than the best from the time I drive up and call the number. I was told to come on in. I went in and sit down. Only one other person was in the waiting room and within a minute he was called to come on back and less than a minute I was called to go back to the room. The chair was already prepared. This is the first time I can say I didn’t feel no pain he did a wonderful job when he had to give me a needle first visit but not afraid to go back and let him do much needed work to my mouth.
Everyone in the office was friendly and greeted each other with a smile. April cleaned my teeth and was absolutely the best!! Give her a raise!!!
As always, I received the quality care I have come to expect from all personnel. From the moment I was greeted by Michelle, had my cleaning with April, and exam by Dr. Hamilton I felt cared for, listened to, and appreciated by this fabulous team!
Each time I visit Dr. Sean Hamilton's office I leave most impressed. This is because of the staff's professionalism in their work and their dedication for making one's teeth better in all aspects. Dr. Hamilton always comes in after a cleaning to double check everything and give an appraisal on what the X-rays revealed. In my case, it showed that I had a small cavity that I can schedule a visit to take care care of the issue along with the projected costs.
