Devine's treatment of a fractured arm was pathetic for an orthopedic specialist. The fracture was minor - the ER doctor recommended immobilization to correct it over time. However, Devine actually mentioned surgery to correct it. Then he recommended a sling that kept the arm in an uncomfortable position for 4 weeks - the time between 1st visit and follow-up, only to find the sling actually displaced the arm from the socket. He then stated surgery will correct it. 3 weeks of PT aligned it!

Very much appreciated the time he spent explaining and following through on my condition. He was very thoughtful, caring and sincere. Couldn't have asked for a better situation.
Dr Devine and his staff work well together. I had 2 total hip replacements. They recommended a pre-surgery class at Sierra Vista which was excellent for pre-preparation information and what to expect after surgery, including group question & answer session.
Dr. Devine is a very thorough Doctor who makes a patient feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and credible.
I came to Dr. Devine's office knowing that I had a torn labrum in my left hip. I came to him to get a second opinion because my other specialist did not have an answer as to where to go after my prognosis. Dr. Devine wanted to make sure that operating was the answer, so, after an injection that absolutely helped my problem (short term) we scheduled the surgery. Now, 2 weeks post-op, I am feeling wonderful!!! I never, and I mean never, experienced any pain! Thank you so much to Dr. Devine!

Personable, friendly... a 3 D model of knee to explain procedure would have been helpful. I had an appointment at 9:00. I didn't see Dr. Devine until 10:15. Apparently, he saw two patients ahead of me who had appointment after me. Frustrating.
Dr. Devine took the time to really study my injuries after a motorcycle accident and took extra time after hours to discuss my injuries and best course of action to help fix me! He honestly took an interest in my case and went the extra mile to make sure I had the absolute best care! I would recommend Sean to anyone! He is that good! And his bedside manor is top notch too, I have total trust in his care!
