Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! My gutters were fine… I used them to install my screen door. They nailed down the weather stripping and left gaps. Now I can’t get in contact with them to fix it. Extremely disappointed! They refuse to answer now or return my calls! I would highly recommend you all use other options!
Completely unprofessional!!! I do NOT recommend. Everything was fine when Michael came out to look at my gutters and then I was sent two estimates by text msg from the secretary. I had a few questions about the confusing estimates they sent over like why the linear footage was double what it should be, and which was for the front and back. There was a lot of frustrating back and forth between us until finally, she explained what I was looking at to where I could understand it. I have read the reviews and not sure what happened because I did NOT receive the same treatment. I needed my fascia fixed is why I called and went ahead and got gutters too. After 3 times of coming out, still not fixed and worse than before. The 3rd time coming out he didnt even bring tools.it took me getting a new roof to get it done and they said that was the WORST patch job they had ever seen!
