this is the foot of the mattress I purchase on 5/20/2012 it makes noise and is so uncomfortable we can t even sleep in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope that the company will replace this mattress.

I also bought a Sealy mattress and it also has imprints 1-2 inches deep. I contacted the company and I had to send pictures of the mattress and show it was properly supported. They sent a representative to my home to take measurements and he confirmed the mattress was impaired. I had to pay even more for the mattress I bought to replace it .Even though the company gave me a credit for my mattress they will not give a refund. Of course you do not want the same mattress. I will have to pay to have the new one delivered to my h... read more

The bed has holes in mattress where you lay ,one and a half to two and a half inches deep. and it stays that way. The bed also creeks and crackels, when you move around. The place where I bought this was Mattress Firm, in Mission Texas. They want me to pay \$49.00 For them to come out and expect the thing, and also to pay and extra \$100.00 or more for another Mattress. The mattress is suppost to have a ten year warranty. Is this a fare place to do business with?
