My daughter as been with this office since birth, her regular doc is greenfield. But I have worked with many providers and they have all been great in one way or another. Staff is very helpful and return calls within a timely manner
Dr. Mers has been our pediatrician since the kids were born. Everyone in the office is helpful and knowledgeable.
Dr. Mers is amazing! I've also seen other peds there & appreciate how everyone talks to me & interacts with my daughter. Even when she was hospitalized, whoever was on call to Highline from Seahurst each day was amazing. Took time to make sure I completely understood what was going on & what the plan was! I also appreciate the weekend hours, night nurse available by phone & the responsiveness of the staff when I call with health questions/concerns.
Terrible experience today with Dr. Cranmer and her staff. Our sons regular physician was out today and that should have been no big deal because all we needed was a physician to physician call to a specialist our son had already been referred out too. The specialists office told us they had appointments available today and tomorrow if the referring physician agreed. Unfortunately Dr. Cranmer and her nurse dropped the ball and never made the call.
