We absolutely ❤️ Dr. Cranmer! She takes the best care of our 4yo & 15 mo! She always takes the time to explain and answer your questions and we never feel rushed. Also, we can always get in for a sick appointment if needed.
WeWe have been seeing Dr. Heugel and have not had the best experience. We have always felt rushed, Prescriptions are never called in, the office has attitude when I call to remind them about the prescription I asked for days ago. We hardly have time to talk to our doctor as he seems very busy most the time. No personal relationships nor did we even feel cared for. Very disappointed all around. Happy we decided to switch offices.
We have been going to Dr. Heugel at Sears pediatrics since my son was a newborn . The staff is always super friendly and I never have an issue getting a last-minute appointment. Dr. Heugel is easy to talk to and takes the stress out of bringing a newborn home as well as the monthly visits and my list of questions. I would and have recommended Dr. Heugel to friends as I cannot see taking my child to anyone else!
I have taken both my children to see Dr. Heugel after my son was born in 2015. We have gotten so lucky to have found such an educated, caring and professional Dr. My kids love going in for their checkups the office is clean and welcoming. We have recommended Dr. Heugel to all our friends and family!
