I would give a better review but the amount of dog shit is disgusting. On a daily basis I see my neighbor letting out there dog in our community space without cleaning up after it. And it's not just in my common area. Walking from my building up to the mail boxes it's everywhere.
I have to say, I had a really good experience with this complex and management company. The apartments are a bit older but the one I rented was renovated and had a great view. I found the management to be on top of any issue I had and my move out was handled swiftly and professionally. You can't beat the view and the prices. Constance and Wendy did a great job of communicating with me even when I was out of state. I'd rent here again if I lived in the area.
Much better management than the old guys. Views can't be beat and the older apartments have a certain charm about them.
