RecommendedMy dog and I have had a really good experience here. Love their management team and maintenance is very responsive :) The view is absolutely breathtaking!!
My Grandma lived here in the 60's and we liked going to visit. I know someone that lives there now in a renovated unit. 😂😂. They only really repainted. So much paint on the walls I believe the square footage has been reduced. Zero parking, coin op laundry for a huge rent amount.
this place was the biggest joke of a well run apartment complex. the management was extremely unhelpful with our issues, the maintenance was a joke, and the overall experience was the worst I have ever had in the 9 rentals I have had. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
They don't provide hot water. And leasing agents lie about knowing about it.
Our deposit was 520 . When we moved out we moved everything out and cleaned and today we found out we would only be getting back $17 !!!! This place is a joke and a complete DUMP . The places are junk and falling apart. Also the townhome we had did not have smoke alarms and we were billed for that ! We got charged $200 for a “ cleaning fee “ when they remodeled after we moved out so not sure what’s up there ! Do not live here !!!!!! Walls are thin , floors chipping with splitters!! I recently needed to deliver some stuff to a resident in these apartments. There is no map or building directory when you first enter the complex. I ended up having to walk around several buildings to find the right building number, which is easier to access from another entrance drive. Its obvious management doesn't give visitors consideration.
