Pathetic. Don't even bother. I took my Husqvarna 125bvx in and it never got serviced.
Rude and useless owner. Literally wouldn't listen or help
Awful service. I came in looking for a battery their website said was in stock. The employee didn't look and just said they don't have it while laughing. Avoid at all costs. I found the battery elsewhere for $100 less than advertised here at Noble Park Mower Power. Highly recommend going there instead.
Just been in to this store…some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I can deal with a language barrier but this is a joke. They told me they had the party in stock after I read the part number over the phone went in and they don’t have it…bad luck. I had to push him to order it for me. Never had this sort of attitude at Hampton mowers my old dealer. Not even confident the order will go through.
Useless. I dropped a pole saw off to be repaired, and I didn't hear anything about it for three months. only after it had been fixed. the store manager ended up saying that "he tried to call me, and then forgot", but went on to do the work anyway. THIS IS NOT HOW ITS DONE. You need to get agreement before doing the work.
