Over 10 years seeing Dr Botrous for my 3 boys & myself. Amazing staff, always take the time in appointments and never feel rushed, no matter how busy they are.

Really really disappointed in this clinic. My daughter was an inpatient for 2 weeks in a reputable mental health facility. She received the care and treatment from a psychiatrist and psychologist. Which she was then prescribed a long term medication which was to be continued when being discharged from their care. My daughter had 2 appointments with Dr Botrous. He was sent the information via email to confirm this medication is to be prescribed after leaving the facility. He refused both times. After she has taken time off wo... read more
Very very rude receptionist. Called to try and get into see a doctor and was treated like a criminal because I had never attended the clinic before. The tone of the lady I spoke to as soon as she was aware I would be a NEW patient changed and she was very rude. Was told because I was a NEW patient I would have to wait until the next day to see the one and only doctor taking on NEW patients even though looking online there were several slots free the same day in the afternoon.
