We were looking for apt. on Nov. 2024, and walked in Seacrest Lobby without any appt. We were given a warm tour, and made the decision to live there immediately after it. Although it took some time to prepare the required document to move in, I think this process assured the management quality on the community. Because of personal reason, we had to break the lease at the 8th month. I lived in Seacreast Apartments for two years and recently left due to a job relocation. I must say that I was extremely satisfied and pleased with my entire stay at Seacreast Apartments. My maintenance requests (which are very few) were addressed timely. Lumi P. is an exceptional property manager. She is knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. We had a wonderful time living at Seacrest Apartments! The manager (Lumi) and all the staff were outstanding. They were friendly and professional, and always made sure that our requests were taken care of promptly and professionally. The building has great amenities, including the gym, swimming pool, and other common areas. I highly recommend it.
Living at Seacrest was one of the best decision I've made since moving to CA. I lived there for about 3 years, and to be honest, never lived anywhere where you felt taken care of like here. From the manager (Lumi), to all the staff, the maintenance, the security; everyone was really nice and made sure requests were taken care of promptly and professionally.
