Purchase of home was O.K., followthrough on promises not so much!! Agent promised to reimburse us for the servicing of the furnace. So, we said ok and purchased the home. Now, agent & broker saying they will not reimburse the cost. I do realize this is somewhat my fault. I didn't get this in writing, she just said that they would do it. This leaves me with one thought, "Do not take them at their word!".
